This week our life-changing charity is five years old. In that time we have developed from a group of volunteers to a small but expert organisation offering regular training to those helping traumatised children around the world. 

Last year we trained 120 people working in 19 languages and 20 countries, including Palestine, Ukraine and the UK. Their professional roles ranged from clinical psychologists to social workers, doctors, teachers, aid workers, scout leaders, lawyers, lecturers and more.

“It has been thrilling to see our psychological support spreading in so many countries where children need our help,” said our Chair, Dr Maria Callias. “But the need is growing and we’d like to do more.”
