Children and War UK brings hope – by showing children ways to take charge of their own thoughts, with tools to help them cope with their feelings and worries.
For some children it’s the experience of bombs, gunfire, daily danger. For others, it’s a natural disaster, such as a flood or an earthquake. Many have lost their homes and maybe even people they love.
We work to help children to recover from trauma resulting from war, conflict, disaster and other catastrophic events.
